I'm a clinical psychologist with a decade of experience who is dedicated to helping my clients understand their experiences so we can collaboratively establishing a steady path forward.
My approach draws on attachment and relational models, incorporating a range of modalities, including EMDR, to genuinely support you. I hold deep respect and admiration for my clients as they take this step toward confronting and sitting with some of what is difficult for them. Starting therapy demands a lot from us, and I treat this with the utmost seriousness while firmly believing there is always room for lightness in our work together. I strive to meet my clients with warmth and care, while offering effective, evidence-based strategies for change.
Outside of private practice I have held diverse roles, including clinical and leadership positions within the public mental health system, tertiary education, and private psychiatric services. Most recently, I managed teams within the Eastern Suburbs Youth Mental Health Service (ESMHS), supporting young people through crises and challenges like suicidality. Additionally, I provide clinical leadership and supervision across the broader mental health service as the Professional Head of Psychology, ESMHS. I hold a Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Charles Sturt University.
