About me

My approach draws from attachment and relational models to work with clients to achieve their treatment goals.  I utilise a range of modalities to tailor treatment to best suit you and your needs. I am passionate about taking a stance of positive regard and have a deep respect and admiration for my clients as they embark on their therapeutic journey. You'll find I am warm, professional, thoughtful, and enjoy sharing a laugh together.

Alongside my work in Private Practice, I have worked at a number of private psychiatric hospitals and tertiary environments including in a university counselling service. I have facilitated many group therapy programs, working primarily with patients experiencing mood-related difficulties along with drug and alcohol misuse. I value the opportunity to create a safe space for shared healing in a group context. I have also worked as the Allied Health Manager within a Psychiatric Hospital, where I enjoyed overseeing the clinical program and supporting a team of 10+ therapists.

Education

I hold a Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelors degree with Honours in Psychology from Charles Sturt University.

I am a registered Clinical Psychologist with The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and am a Member of the Australian Clinical Psychologists Association (ACPA).
